Large boiler capacities for maximum steam and hot water output. TAGH - Temperature Adjustable Group Head (pat.) - advanced technological properties of this brewing group ensure exceptional coffee quality;
- allows temperature of each group head be adjusted independently (for serving different coffee blends and roasts);
- provides precise brewing temperature control without affecting steam or hot water production.
APSC - Automatic Progressive Steam Control  - four steam power levels for optimum frothing control;
- each of the four electromechanical selection button activates one steam power level (25-50-75-100%);
- output selection and steam power can be varied during milk frothing process;
- steam increase rapidly achieved and is progressive;
- APSC eliminates manually operated steam valve controlled by knobs or levers and provides exact steam output control.
ASTC (Special Order) - used in conjunction with APSC, ASTC features a temperature sensor on one or both steam wands. This automatically shuts off steam power at a predetermined temperature to prevent milk from overheating.
DAVS (Dual Anti Vacuum System): - assists in preventing foreign liquids (sour milk etc.) from being drawn in to the pressure boiler.
Digital Control with Display: - provides drink count audit, date and time of day, on/off timer, manager reset key. External water treatment device change or regeneration alert (available as special order).
